We are a family-owned care business and we have built up a reputation for Care with Choice, Dignity and Respect .
Right from the start, we pay attention to your needs. We will offer you a carer who is able to understand your or a loved ones particular needs. This allows us to be able to create a care plan that is uniquely tailored for you.
At Caring Hands Solutions, we follow a positive and holistic approach – which means that every individual feels safe, well cared for and happy. We listen to how our clients want their care to be delivered and create tailored Support Plans, so that they can remain independent and able to live in the privacy of their own homes.
Our visits range from as little as 30 minutes to 24-hour care, so that we are able to support a variety of different needs.

Initial Consultation
Please call or email us to arrange your initial chat. Our care manager will visit you for a free, no-obligation home consultation to discuss your needs and how we would be able to help.
Your Tailored Plan
Following the initial meeting, our care manager will document your needs and devise a support plan that best suits you and will discuss any changes you would like to make.
Meet your Care Team
We will then introduce the members of your Care Team to ensure that you are happy with the people who will deliver the service, before they start working for you.
On-going Support
Throughout your time with us, we believe that continual monitoring of what we do and, more importantly, communication with you, is vital to ensure that you get the service you require.
